WHAT ARE PECB-CERTIFIED TRAINING COURSES?
A PECB self-led (self-study or eLearning) ISO training course includes comprehensive course materials, access to online resources (for eLearning), the certification exam fee, a free exam retake (if needed), and an attestation of course completion.
Training Course Material
The course includes extensive documentation, delivered as hundreds of pages in PDF or editable files, covering instructional content, practical applications, industry best practices, skill-building exercises, quizzes, and analyses of real-life scenarios.
Access Period
The certification process, including course completion and taking the exam, must be finalized within 12 months starting from when you gain access to the learning materials.
Examination Fees
The cost of the initial certification exam is included in the price of the training course.
Attestation of Course Completion
Upon finishing the course, you can request an attestation of completion, which is worth a specific number of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits (e.g., 14 for Foundation, 31 for the ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Implementer course).
Learning Platform Access (eLearning only)
For our eLearning courses (featuring video lectures from certified trainers), you are granted access to the MyPECB platform where you can find all course videos, quizzes, and digital resources.
Free Retake
If your first attempt at the exam is unsuccessful, you are eligible for one free retake, which must be completed within 12 months of the date of the original attempt.
How does the eLearning
experience look like?
In addition to video-based lessons, learners can access PECB’s standard training materials, organized by course days, along with supplementary files provided in editable formats. Depending on the course, these materials may include case studies, exercises, and answer keys. Interactive quizzes are included to enhance engagement with the content.
