Voucher Delivery Timeline
Most buyers receive their voucher within 1–3 business days.
In some cases, delivery(via email) may take up to 5–7 business days.

How Business Days Work
– Business days: Monday to Thursday
– Weekends: Saturday & Sunday — orders placed here are processed the next Monday.
– International Public holidays: Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tips for Buyers
– Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder — vouchers are always sent by email.

Are They Refundable?
For exam vouchers are generally non-refundable. This is a standard policy for most major certification providers.
